The Hideout Patio Bar & Grill, a Fort Collins family owned and operated business, opened for the first time in April 2008. the design and construction is unique to Colorado. It was originally intended to be a seasonable venue, due to the ability to roll up the coiled metal doors which makes it a totally open air facility. The response by customers to this design has been absolutely amazing. So much so, that we have decided to do a remodel by replacing the metal doors with a sliding panel window system which will still allow it to be fully open air when the weather allows and “NOW OPEN YEAR ROUND”. At the time of the original construction, radiant floor heat was installed. Therefore, it will be toasty warm on the coldest winter day.
The Hideout offers a full restaurant menu from hot dogs to prime rib, daily specials and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning from 8am-12 noon, also a full bar for our customers enjoyment. We also offer live music Friday and Saturday nights from 7-11 pm and at other times during summer months.
